The project site lies on the southern edge of a picturesque lake and is connected to the campus by a pedestrian bridge crossing the lake. To maximize views of this lake, the housing is arranged linearly along the lake’s south. This four-story housing is broken into individual buildings which twist around three separate courtyards. Two of the courtyards house student activities and face the lake, and the other functions as a formal entry and drop off point for students. A path leads through these three courtyards and a series of arched breezeways leads between buildings. A one-story student clubhouse sits at the southern end of a pedestrian bridge which connects the complex to the main campus to the north.
